All assets created by Susumu Creative remain the property of Susumu Creative until full payment is received.

4. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide timely access to assets, accounts, and information. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

5. No Guarantees
While we aim to improve your results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or revenue figures.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
